100% Jamaican Blue Mountain Exclusive
The estate was founded more than a hundred years ago in the Portland region of the Blue Mountains, grown at around 4,000 ft. This microlot of under 10 acres sits on steep slopes and is farmed by natural methods — a family-run operation that leans on nature for every part of cultivation, grown without synthetic pesticides or added fertilizers, on natural rainfall and mountain spring water. Cherries are handpicked and sun-dried for three to six months, the parchment removed by hand with a mortar and pestle, then hand-sorted and roasted by hand over an open fire, using several generations of knowledge passed down.

How this cup reads
The pinnacle of Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. Smooth and creamy, with milk chocolate, cream and honey layered over a soft floral lift. Low acidity, balanced sweetness, a long finish.
